About Dr. Tulika

Dr. Tulika is an experienced Paediatrician with specialised training in Paediatric Critical Care, bringing over 11 years of experience in Paediatrics. She has extensive experience in the evaluation and management of children requiring both routine paediatric care and advanced critical care support.

She completed her Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Paediatric Critical Care from AIIMS Patna, after completing her Senior Residency at PMCH, Patna. She obtained her MD in Paediatrics from Lady Hardinge Medical College, University of Delhi, and completed her MBBS with Honours from Midnapore Medical College, WBUHS.

Her areas of expertise include difficult airway management, haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, bronchoscopy, plasma exchange, Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS), echocardiography, advanced haemodynamic monitoring and resuscitation, along with body-fluid drainage procedures including pericardiocentesis.

Dr. Tulika is NRP, BLS and IAP ALS certified and has also been actively involved in paediatric critical-care training and academics. She served as Course Coordinator for the 6th IAP ALS Course at AIIMS Patna in December 2025 and was involved in the 4th Paediatric Dialysis and Therapeutic Apheresis Module for Emergency in February 2026.

She has contributed to academic research in paediatric critical care, with four publications in the International Journal of Pharmaceutical and Clinical Research. Her research has included clinical outcomes following therapeutic plasma exchange in children with acute liver failure. She has also presented her academic work at national-level paediatric and critical-care forums.
